Instruction

Our mission is to provide appropriate, challenging opportunities in a safe and positive environment, so that all students can develop academically, mentally, emotionally, physically and socially to their fullest potential. Sabine ISD will prepare students to become good citizens and productive members of society by enabling them to be competent problem solvers and communicators, effective, collaborative workers and users of technology, and life-long learners.

The Department of Instructional Programs and Technology strives to accomplish this mission by providing a variety of educational opportunities for all students. The programs of the district include gifted and talented classes, computer classes, career and technology education, UIL academic and athletic competitions, the Texas Scholars Program and a fine arts program. Our schools also have well equipped libraries, computer labs and physical education facilities.
